We at E-strats with the help of parent company IT Link Solutions designed a SaaS based solution which addresses clients needs and our forward looking approach help in further integrations with third party systems like Quick Books, Sage, Twillio, Google Maps and many more.

SkyBoss mobile application works like a charm for technicians / filed workers, who receive their work orders on iPad / iPhone. Work Orders are auto pushed to field workers who are available and are in proximity of the geographical location where work needs to be performed. The work order contains all the required details about the customer and work to be performed. The field worker can create estimates, take snaps of work performed, and generate invoice capture signatures on iPad.

System provide Google Map views and Tom Tom maps ford real-time location of all technicians and appointments

E-strats was approached by the client to stabilize, support and enhance their existing system. Our years of expertise in developing Field Management Software greatly helped us to understand the requirements and recommend Roadmap to make Poologics a stable and user friendly system by incorporation latest tools and techniques, while improving existing architecture.

Features were developed to create and handle project schedules, and help users maintain a solid line of communication with their subcontractors and customers. Easy to use Gantt Chart functionality shows project status at each phase, from initiation to completion.

Poologics is architected on Software as a Service model, allowing its customers to use the complete set of features while paying on monthly basis. With the software, companies also can develop project proposals that include costs, markups and profit margins.

Integration with Quick Books allow easy import of existing data in Poologics. Google Maps integration helped workers to pin point work area directions and geographical details.

We are working on mobile app which can be used by technicians and workers for task management. Native mobile app will be integrated with existing web application for real time data updates. This will help Poologics users to work in field with much more ease and efficiently.

Academy Lock Smith Field Workers Management Solution

The Company:

Academy Locksmith is in business of Locks and Security from almost last three decades. They are a nationwide locksmith and security company with numerous technicians stationed throughout the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico to ensure prompt, dependable service.

Academy Lock Smith Challenge:

Client was previously using excel sheets and manual data collection by the workers / technicians in the field. The paper-based forms and work sheets were then brought to a centralized place where it would get entered in large workbook with hundreds of columns and many worksheets. This resulted in chunks of data with no proper management and reporting mechanism.

Redundant paper work was done with loose control. Being in a very sensitive business industry dealing with security, client was looking to automate the complete process through a web-based application which can also have a provision for a mobile app which could help workers in field to manage client’s jobs / call slips. Client wanted to reduce data entry, one call slip screen to capture maximum information thus eliminating effort to jump between different screens.

The Solution:

E-strats with help of its parent company IT Link Solutions in California, USA studied as it state for giving the best workable solution. We architected new web-based Field Workers Solution which gave their users an ability to quickly create, edit and assign Call slips. Management got real time updates about jobs in progress, completed and those which are delayed. Powerful reports helped in finding areas which requires improvement and those where revenue streams are not tabbed yet or which requires more efforts. With one-click export functionality, export the reports related to accounting, management and operations.

Workers in field are provided with mobile device which provide up to date status of their location. Advanced integration with Google Maps provided exact routing and location services to company’s technicians to attend the calls much more efficiently. Color coded Call counts provided management with calls status without switching between screens.
